May 28, 2015: Proceedings of the conference available for download
The NAACL HLT 2015 conference proceedings are available for download. It will also appear on the ACL Anthology very soon. Please download the files before you come to the conference venue. Once you are at the venue please do not use the internet connection provided at the conference venue to download this large file. Instead you should use the ACL Anthology to access individual NAACL HLT 2015 papers.

The proceedings are available in two bundled formats. Click on the link below and click the Download link in the top navigation bar.

Once you have uncompressed the contents open the file naacl_hlt_starsem_2015/index.html in any web browser.
May 8, 2015: Don’t forget early registration
If you haven’t already registered, now would be a good a time: Early registration with is about to close – after May 10th the prices will increase.
May 7, 2015: System demonstrations
The system demonstrations will be presented as posters on Tuesday, June 2nd, from 17:00 to 20:00.
The demonstration session is included in the main schedule.
May 4, 2015: Invited talks
We now have abstracts and biographies for our invited speakers, Fei-fei Li and Lillian Lee.
May 2, 2015: Tutorial times
The times for the morning and afternoon sessions for the tutorials have been posted. Morning session is from 9am-12:30pm. Afternoon session is from 2pm-5:30pm.
Apr 29, 2015: Schedule updated with session chairs and room information
The program schedule has been updated. In addition the schedule now contains additional information including the session chairs for each session and the room information at the venue. Note that sessions 2A and 3A do not have a break in between and so a single session chair will be responsible for these two sessions (the same caveat applies to session 2B, 3B and session 2C, 3C).
Apr 29, 2015: Interactive schedule
The program schedule is now interactive – you can click on sessions and talks to reveal more information about it. The author index, accepted papers and accepted demos are also interactive.
Apr 23, 2015: Program schedule posted
We have posted the program schedule which includes the daily program schedule for all talks and posters. It also includes an author index. This covers the main program only and does not cover the tutorials, workshops, student research workshop (SRW) or the demo sessions. The SRW posters will be in the first poster session on Monday, June 1. The demo session will be in the second poster session on Tuesday, June 2. The full schedule will be included in the conference handbook.
Apr 23, 2015: Best papers at NAACL HLT 2015
Congratulations to the best paper award winners. This year NAACL HLT 2015 will have three best papers. One best long paper and two best student papers. The best paper awards were chosen by the best paper award committee which included Claire Cardie, Daniel Gildea, Daniel Marcu, Fernando Pereira and the program co-chairs: Joyce Chai and Anoop Sarkar who decided on the short list of nominees based on extensive input from the area chairs and the reviewer nominations in their review forms.

We have posted detailed instructions for oral and poster presentations. Please read this important information to make sure you are adequately prepared for your presentation at NAACL HLT 2015.

The list of papers has been updated with the TACL oral and poster presentations that will be part of the NAACL HLT 2015 program.
Mar 9, 2015: Tutorials at NAACL-HLT
There will be six half-day tutorials on Sunday, May 31, 2015.
Feb 28, 2015: List of accepted papers
We accepted 118 long papers and 70 short papers, giving an acceptance rate of 26%. The full list of papers is here.
Feb 26, 2015: Student Research Workshop, deadline extension
The paper submission deadline for the Student Research Workshop has been extended to March 8.
Feb 20, 2015: Main program notifications sent out
All the accept and reject decisions for the main program of NAACL HLT 2015 have been sent out by email to the main contact author.
If you are not the contact author you can still check the decision
on the START page for NAACL 2015.
If you see a link for uploading your final submission then your paper was accepted.
You can also check the submission status using the secret passcode for the paper using the following URL template:

The email sent to the contact author contains the decision about whether your paper was accepted as a talk or poster presentation. Details about the program schedule and the details about your particular presentation mode (talk or poster) will be sent out later.

The review form instructions to the reviewers has been posted to help authors get a better understanding of their numeric scores.
Jan 24, 2015: Author response period
January 22–28 is the author response period. Now’s your chance to clarify misunderstandings and answer questions by the reviewers.
Dec 15, 2014: Submitted NAACL papers
NAACL-HLT got an impressive number of submissions: 299 short papers and 385 long papers! As far as we know, this is the largest number of submissions to any NAACL.
Nov 26, 2014: Final call for papers
The final call for papers (both long and short papers) is out now. Paper submission deadline is December 4, 11:59PM Pacific Standard Time (GMT-8).
Nov 10, 2014: Accepted NAACL workshops
Finally we’ve made up our minds! NAACL-HLT will host 14 workshops. They will take place directly after the main conference, i.e., June 4–5, 2015.
Nov 4, 2014: Student Research Workshop: Call for papers
Now the call for papers for the Student Research Workshop has been published. Submission deadline is Feb 12, Feb 25, 2015.
